He leads the company’s real estate strategy, with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic sites to support data center development and long-term growth.
A Florida-licensed commercial real estate broker and principal investor, Ted brings extensive experience in acquisitions, development opportunities, valuation, negotiations, and deal structuring. His principal-oriented perspective allows him to evaluate opportunities from both an investment and operational standpoint, identifying ways to create value through strategic positioning and execution.
In his role, Ted works closely with property owners, developers, brokers, capital partners, and other stakeholders to source and execute real estate opportunities that advance the company’s infrastructure objectives. His combination of market expertise, transactional experience, and entrepreneurial approach strengthens the company’s ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in an increasingly competitive data center market.
